Support Guidelines

Please read these support rules carefully. Violating them may result in a ban — from 1 day up to a permanent one! If you get banned, we strongly advise you not make purchases on our website — since you won’t be able to contact support and may lose access to your items. We’re generally friendly, but serious violations will definitely lead to a ban 🙂

Insults in any form are not allowed.

Profanity or inappropriate language is prohibited — even “just for emphasis.” This isn’t a marketplace.

Flooding or spamming will result in a ban.

Any kind of threats will lead to a permanent ban!

Any attempt to deceive or cheat will result in a permanent ban.

Repeatedly asking irrelevant or unreasonable questions may also lead to a ban. If you don’t understand something — that’s fine, but don’t waste the support team’s time.

Just be polite — and everything will go smoothly 😉



Before you contact us, please keep in mind:

A ticket will be closed automatically after 3 days of inactivity.

Don’t spam — we’ll definitely reply, just not immediately. It’s better to post on the forum; you’ll get an answer there much faster.

While waiting, please check the “Rules,” “Documentation,” and “FAQ” sections — they contain answers to about 90% of all questions.

We’ve created detailed documentation so we don’t have to repeat the same things. If the answer exists there, you’ll still be asked to read it.

If you believe your ban was unfair, you may appeal it — but only from another account. If you fail to do it properly, you might end up with another ban 😄
