Terms and Conditions of Use – FUNGUN.TOP Plugin Store
The FUNGUN.TOP website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) provides access to software and digital products under these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website and discontinue its use immediately.
Before registering, purchasing, or downloading any products available on the Website, you must read, understand, and agree to all provisions of these Terms.
1. Terms of Use
Add-ons for the Half-Life Dedicated Server (hereinafter referred to as “plugins”) are registered to the buyer’s email address. This address is used to manage IP and port changes, receive updates, and restore license keys.
It is not possible to change the email address to which plugins are registered. If access to this email is lost, the buyer will no longer be able to manage the plugin’s IP/port, receive updates, or restore license keys. The plugins, however, will continue to function.
IP and port changes for a plugin can be made at any time through the user’s account on the Website.
Each plugin license may be used only on one HLDS server.
A plugin must run only on the IP and port specified during registration. Running it on a different IP:PORT will result in a temporary suspension of the plugin. Information regarding the duration of the suspension can be found in the user account.
Any attempt to tamper with or bypass plugin protection mechanisms (including license verification bypass, use of cracks, modifications, or unauthorized software) will result in:
- permanent blocking of all plugins associated with the account;
- an increase in the purchase price of future plugins for the violator’s IP or account;
- a permanent ban on purchasing or using plugins from the store.
2. Product Delivery
After payment is confirmed, the product will be delivered to the specified email address along with the license keys and a download link. This process usually takes 10–15 minutes after payment. The purchased product is also available for download in the user’s account on the Website.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Refunds are issued only if the digital product is completely non-functional.
If a purchased product does not operate as intended, we will provide time to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be fixed, the product may be exchanged for another item of equal value.

Technical support for products is provided through the forum on a voluntary basis only.
The author is not obligated to provide support; assistance is offered solely at the discretion of forum participants.
6. Privacy Policy
Information provided by the buyer is used exclusively for transaction processing, product delivery, communication regarding updates, and customer service purposes.
Registering on the Website constitutes consent to receive informational and promotional emails (newsletters). The user may unsubscribe by contacting us directly; in this case, their email address will be removed from our database within 30 days.
The user also agrees that plugin operation data may be transmitted to FUNGUN.NET servers for license verification purposes.
7. Warranties
We guarantee that all purchased digital products are free from malicious code and viruses. Advertising may be present only in free products; paid products are entirely ad-free.
However, we do not guarantee that products will meet the user’s expectations or be compatible with third-party components or plugins.
All products are provided “as is.” The Website owners are not liable for any damage to servers or data resulting from the installation or use of our products.
8. Custom Orders and Services
In addition to selling ready-made digital products, we also accept custom orders. At the client’s request, we can configure servers, install and set up plugins, and perform other technical tasks as agreed upon.

9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to change the conditions of sale for digital products or subscriptions on the Website.
We shall not be held liable to users or third parties for any consequences resulting from such changes.
