Stuck RBS

Sometimes players can get stuck in certain areas on a map. This plugin gently pushes them out so they can continue playing.
You can add various effects (sound, messages, HUD) when the plugin helps a player unstuck.
Such a plugin should be on every server, especially on servers with custom maps!

Unstuck can be triggered via the command /stuck or automatically (the server will push the player).
