At some point, every server owner comes to the realization that they want full control over every aspect of their server. They no longer want to depend on neighboring users, hosting providers, or their limitations. That is why many people switch to VDS or VPS solutions. The name may vary, but in essence, it is a full Linux server with nothing installed except the base system and terminal. Naturally, setting up a game server on such a system can be a challenge for many users.
