Vanga Detector is a server-side anti-cheat based on ReChecker. Essentially, it’s an always up-to-date cheat database with automatic updates. No more running around forums searching for the latest ReChecker cheat database. No more spending hours editing resources.ini, removing duplicates, and adding your ban commands. The plugin does all of this for you! Simply install it, configure the settings to your liking, and forget about it. Vanga Global: An innovative ReChecker cheat database based on detection statistics. Using this database, participants share ban lists with us, which we use to create the most up-to-date cheat database on the internet EVERY WEEK!
Additionally, Vanga Global is a semi-dynamic database containing over 1000 different cheats.
As you know, ReChecker has a limit of about 300 cheats. However, with Vanga Global, you can use over 1000 cheats!
The database is split into "Main" and "Dynamic" parts. The main database loads every map and contains the most commonly used cheats carefully selected based on statistics.
The dynamic database varies per map, allowing checks for any number of files for players. Installation: - Requires ReChecker module version 2.5 or higher
- ReAPI, Reunion, and AMXModX version 1.9.0 or higher (likely already installed on your server)
- Remove all cheat lines from addons/rechecker/resources.ini – they are no longer needed
- Install the plugin like any other plugin from our store
- Configure vanga_detector.cfg
- IMPORTANT! Read vanga_detector.cfg carefully! Also, check the logs to see if the plugin is working
- IMPORTANT! ReChecker must be above AMXModX in the plugins.ini list in the metamod module!
FAQ: Q: Does it put a load on the server?
A: Almost none. The database is checked once a day, only 1 request. One of our 6 mirror servers is used. Bans are written to a file and sent only at night, so you’re unlikely to see any performance spike. Q: How does the plugin work without Vanga Global?
