Weapon Physics for CS 1.6

Adds realism to the server.

Weapons:

  • Scatter from explosions.
  • Can be thrown, leaving a visible trail behind.
  • To throw, hold the use key (usually "E") and drop the weapon.
  • Hitting a player pushes them and deals damage.
  • Bounces off bullets with a ricochet sound.
  • Glows on the ground; you can enable a glowing aura around them.
  • Properly displayed on sloped surfaces.
  • Falls more realistically, slightly rolling and making a sound.

Other features:

  • Grenades explode when hit by bullets, with a chat message notification.
  • Interaction with destructible objects.
  • For example, when hitting or throwing a weapon at glass, it breaks.

Differences from the original:

  • Code optimized.
  • The bomb does not bounce from bullets.
  • On maps with weapons, at the start of each round they adopt their initial orientation.
  • Fixed a bug: when highlighting is disabled, weapons lying on the map do not glow.
  • The trail color for thrown weapons and glow color for weapons on the ground can be customized.
  • Option to disable the aura around weapons on the ground. In my opinion, this looks nicer and more natural.
  • Quar settings added. You don’t need to recompile and upload the plugin to the server every time you change settings.
